We will be upgrading our Banking Services RDS database on Wednesday, February 05, 2025, during the maintenance window of 03:00 AM — 05:00 AM (UTC+01:00).

During this maintenance period, all our services will be unavailable. This means that the following functionalities will not be accessible:
— Logging into the web platform
— Utilizing any of our APIs, including payment processing
— Viewing incoming payments
— And other related services
