Bank Central Transfer Delays
Resolved - We have received notification from our bank central regarding a major incident affecting both ingoing and outgoing transfers from approximately 23:15 PM to 01:15 AM.

Incoming Transfers: All incoming will have been delayed and not received until after 01:15 AM.

Outgoing Transfers: Outgoings sent in that period will not have completed before later. The spike of outgoings starting at 01:15 AM was done at 01:45 AM, so we will assume all was back to normal at 01:45 AM for outgoing transfers.

Update - This external issue is still being addressed, and they have informed us that a fix is in progress. Unfortunately, they haven't provided a timeline or a root cause explanation yet.

Identified - We are currently experiencing an issue affecting all intra-day domestic credit transfers in Norway.

The Norwegian Interbank Clearing System (NICS) has reported, "Settlement is delayed. Debugging is ongoing."
While the term "delayed" suggests that the transfers will eventually be completed, the exact timing remains uncertain.

We are actively investigating the issue and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
